Acne and how to wash your face and homeopathic acne solutions

There are many topical products that you can choose for your acne scar problem. Many of these products contain a low dose of Benzoyl Peroxide. Benzoyl Peroxide penetrates below the surface of your skin to dry up the oil that causes acne breakouts and thus preventing acne scars from happening. However, since Benzoyl Peroxide has such drying characteristics, it is best if you apply it sparingly. If you notice your skin is peeling in areas where you applied a cream containing Benzoil Peroxide, you should reduce the use of that cream. It also has been known to cause an allergic reaction to some people.
A survey was taken by 103 Stanford University college freshmen to rate how eleven different factors affect the degree of acne formations. 90 percent of the freshmen believe poor hygiene is the biggest cause of pimples. 88 percent believe increase stress will lead to more pimples. 85 percent believe popping pimples will worsen their condition. Other beliefs such as poor diet (69%), and the lack of sleep (66%) will result in more pimples.
Topical solutions are often sold over the counter and can be either really cheap or really expensive. These treatments use chemicals that are naturally found within the human body to dissipate the oils and bacteria that cause acne. The side effects can be long lasting and troublesome from sores and rashes to burning and overly dry skin and, in most cases, these side effects last longer than the actual treatment itself.
