Effective acne face wash and more and more acne is appearing on my butt

Eat bad foods. Vegetable oils have been shown to contribute to hormonal activity. Vegetable oils are commonly fond in junk foods and snacks. Seriously reducing your consumption of these oils will have a significant beneficial effect on your acne. Be careful to reduce your consumption of processed sugar found in tinned vegetables, ready-made meals and soft drinks.
Additionally, while there is no direct scientific evidence to link red meat to cancer, it is widely accepted by medical practitioners that red meat aggravates the bowels and can cause (or at the very least worsen) diseases that develop in the bowel. As the most important part of the digestive process, the bowels are responsible for extracting nutrients from the food you eat. Any damage done to either of the bowels will adversely effect your body's ability to digest food, even healthy food. This will, among other and more serious things, lead to a lower pH level.
The myths surrounding the causes of acne are many. The myths about treating acne are also common. Applying some anti-acne cream or taking some prescribed antibiotic may provide relief from acne but is unlikely to cure it. It may go away for a time but it is likely to come back because the underlying causes are still there.
