How to get rid of pimples and acne by food and body oil and acne

If your looking for help on what foods help cure acne then you need to know that its a combination of many foods that will actually help clear up your skin. A lot of people are looking for a magic pill for things like acne and weight loss. The fact is these magic pills do not work or are very unhealthy for you. You need to bring your body back to a state of balance, and this can be hard to do in the teenage years for sure. Its near impossible to do this in teenage years in fact, but you can balance things enough to get your acne under control.
Acne prevention starts with being clean. A hot morning shower is one of the most effective ways of keeping the skin clean. A shower before bed is a good idea also (it not only helps in keeping your skin clean but also relaxes your body for a good sleep.) If you are living in a hot and/or humid area, frequent showers are a must. Showers are the first and most effective acne prevention method.
Topical antimicrobial agents are effective in the treatment of inflammatory disease. Benzoyl peroxide is a bactericide and is an excellent first-line medication. The response to this agent is rapid, with improvement noted as early as five days after treatment has begun, but irritation is common. Water-based products, as compared with alcohol based products, when used at low peroxide concentrations (5 to 5 percent) will help to limit this problem and have an efficacy similar to that of other products in this class. Benzoyl peroxide does not induce resistance; when used with topical or oral antibiotics, it protects against the development of this problem.
